Let's take this one breath at a time.
I’m Trish and my work is for people who have been changed by what they have lived through and sense that something essential has been lost, fragmented, or buried within themselves along the way.
Trauma can do a lot more than cause symptoms. Trauma sits on the nervous system and can feel like it is a defining part of a person. When this happens, people feel untethered and don’t know who they are, where they are going, and what they are meant to do. Therapy can be a place of return.
I practice trauma-informed depth work utilizing EMDR, EMDR 2.0, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential therapy. I specialize in working with adults who have lived through complex or overwhelming experiences. This includes domestic violence, stalking, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, grief and loss, and other life-altering events. I focus on the roots beneath ongoing symptoms that can express themselves in diagnoses such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have expertise in how people with ADHD are uniquely impacted by trauma. I weave this into an existential and spiritual framework that helps restore meaning and a sense of purpose after profound disruption.
In our work together, you’ll find a steady and contained space that allows you to transition through this liminal period of your life. My role is to support and accompany you on your path to reclaim what is yours. This type of therapy is not about forcing change, it’s about creating conditions that allow for clarity, integration, and renewed vitality.
We will walk this terrain together, one breath at a time, until light returns to places long held in darkness.
